We are committed to provide an outstanding education and inspire our students to engage in both academic and enriching extra-curricular programmes. TPI has earned its outstanding reputation within 10 years through its students’ successes, its rigorous educational programme, its excellent and dedicated staff. It is a matter of great pride and honour for me to be a part of Technique Polytechnic Institute as Chairman, Governing Body.
I convey my best wishes to all the aspiring students who had made a choice towards engineering. I wish all the students should understand the challenges of today’s global needs and put their positive efforts to achieve their dreams.
Being the first among all the Polytechnic Institutes in the State of West Bengal to have the honour of getting accreditation of all the courses running in this institute by the “National Board of Accreditation (NBA)”. There is no doubt that the Institute has already achieved quality standard.
We are hopeful that TPI will transform the students into enlightened and dynamic young professionals ready to face the challenges of Society and Industry and add to the growth and prosperity of the nation.
As Quality has always been one of our key concerns, we have implemented Outcome-based Approach to Teaching, Learning and Assessment. More emphasises has been given for the development of students' generic skills, such as collaboration skills and problem solving skills, and encourages them to learn through project-based learning and other enquiry-based learning activities.
I promise that all our faculty members and other staff will always help our students find their opening in the field of engineering and technology, and expect the same kind of dedication and faith from our students. I strongly believe that our combined endeavour will continue to achieve technical excellence in the best interest of our society and nation.
